Ryan K. Brent, Attorney at Law
Growing up in Luling, which was once known as the “toughest town in Texas,” Ryan has spent some time in the “oil field.” Ryan attended Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, and South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, where he was on the Dean’s List. Ryan’s practice is devoted to helping people who have been killed or injured as a result of the negligence of others. Alejandro J. Chinchilla,
Attorney at Law
Alejandro is a bilingual personal injury attorney at Campos Law Group who has successfully represented hundreds of injured Austinites and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Alejandro was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and has a passion for helping his injured Austinites. Whether he’s negotiating with an insurance company on a client’s behalf, taking a deposition of someone who wronged a client or advocating for a client in the courtroom, clients can rest assured he has worked his hardest to make sure they get the best outcome.
Alejandro received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he worked as a law clerk for a prestigious commercial litigation firm. Since becoming a licensed attorney, Alejandro has focused on representing victims in personal injury cases. At Campos Law Group, Alejandro oversees the development and execution of all pre-litigation cases at the firm while handling a stand-alone litigation docket. He has handled a wide range of personal injury cases including wrongful death, dram shop, and complex commercial cases.

Faryal M. Motiwala, Attorney at Law
Faryal is a litigation attorney at Campos Law Group. She grew up in South Austin and still lives there today. To Faryal, Austin is home. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and her Juris Doctor degree at St. Mary’s Law School in San Antonio, Texas. In her spare time, she likes to explore Austin, hike, and read novels.

Elen Amposta, J.D.
Elen is the office manager at Campos Law Group. She joined the firm in 2018 as a Litigation Department member and the Records Department lead. She continues her role as counsel on Philippine legal matters.
In her free time, she and her husband frequent family-friendly activities with their three children and dog, Tofu. She also volunteers for advocacy groups for children with special needs.

Michael Garcia
Michael is the intake coordinator at Campos Law Group. With over seventeen years of experience in the legal field, including eight years with the in-house legal department of General Motors, Michael has both law firm and in-house experience that clients can count on. At General Motors Michael served as a paralegal and collaborated with attorneys in defending lemon law claims and customer disputes arising from the Better Business Bureau.
In his free time, Michael enjoys video games and his fish-keeping hobby.

Giselle Aguirre
Born and raised in Austin, Giselle is a bilingual legal assistant & client relations specialist at Campos Law Group, ensuring consistent & timely communication with our clients. When clients call Campos Law Group, typically overwhelmed with legal and logistical details of their cases, Giselle corroborates to address their needs and concerns. She is passionate about her work and enjoys being a helping hand to a diverse community wherever she is needed.
Working in the personal injury industry has been an eye-opener for Giselle and has taught her how much of a positive impact a law firm can have with the help they provide to clients in times of stress and pain.
Before joining Campos Law Group, Giselle worked at a charter school for two years in addition to ten years of experience in childhood education. Giselle’s background allows her to efficiently triage various legal scenarios while providing quality service to clients of any background or language barrier.
When Giselle is not at the office, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her two children and family puppy.

Kylie was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas as the oldest of three children. She is happily married to Alonzo Campos and has three beautiful children. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets. She strives to stay busy and enjoy the beauty of life.
